Returns
All pieces become your responsibility once delivered to the shipping address provided in your order.
Our work is handmade and unique, so we only accept returns in the case of items broken during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it, including the order number, a photo of the broken piece, and a photo of the damaged packaging.
We do not request the return of the broken piece. If the return is approved, we will refund the value of the item, but not the shipping cost.
After the first 24 hours upon delivery, we cannot accept claims for broken items.
In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or the failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, and the customer elects to cancel the order, any refund issued will be reduced by the original shipping costs as well as any return shipping costs incurred.
