Shipping
Once the order has been processed we will send you an email confirming the purchase. Orders are shipped from the workshop in Vreeland, the Netherlands.
The cost of each shipment is calculated automatically and shown at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the destination and is always approved before confirming the payment.
Once your package leaves our workshop, you will receive a mail from us including the tracking number and shipping company assigned.
We ship all orders with PostNL once a week, the specific shipping day may vary depending on order volume.
If you're in a hurry and would like to get express shipping, just contact us and we'll make it happen.
For international shipping, customs duties or taxes may apply. Brute Ceramics is not responsible for these charges in the destination country. These may need to be paid upon delivery.
We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect delivery information. If a package is returned, the customer will need to cover the cost of a second shipment.
We offer free shipping in the Netherlands on orders over 200€ and worldwide on orders over 500€.
Local pickup is available at the workshop. To use this option, select it at checkout and contact us by email before coming to collect the order.
